Refund and Cancellation Policy
Transaction fee charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including refunds, chargebacks, or any other reasons.
The cardholder will bear the transaction fees for all payments made through credit/debit cards.
Technical Issues During Online Fee Payment
If a payment is debited during an online transaction and the process is interrupted due to external server malfunction, internet connectivity issues, or similar circumstances.
If the system fails to generate the required acknowledgment or receipt due to technical glitches.
The institute shall not be held responsible for any such occurrences unless the payment is successfully credited to the institute’s bank account. Once credited, the refund policy will be governed strictly by the institute’s norms and procedures.
