Class I

Step 1: Admission Inquiry

Online
  • Please feel free to visit the school admissions office. Fill out the inquiry form & submit the details. Our counselor will answer your questions and collect the relevant information for further process.

Step 2: School Visit & Interaction with the Principal

  • Parents/Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethos of the institution. A meeting will be scheduled with the Principal so parents can have an interaction with the Head of the School and resolve their queries. This can be done by fixing a prior appointment with the school’s Front Desk Executive.
  • Parents may visit the school on all working days from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM & meet the school’s admission counselor for queries. The parent will fill out an inquiry form.

Step 3: Registration

After the interaction with the school Principal, parents are requested to purchase the school’s prospectus and registration form from the school’s reception or download it online via the provided link. Submit the duly filled registration form with self-attested photocopies of the required documents to the admission counselor’s office.

Documents Required

  • Birth Certificate
  • Recent passport-size photos of the child (five photos), father & mother (four photos each)
  • Proof of current residential address (e.g., Passport, Rent Agreement, Electricity Bill, Landline Phone Bill, Lease Agreement, Voter ID, Ration Card, Aadhaar Card)
  • Aadhaar Card of the student, father, and mother
  • Caste certificate of parent & child (if applicable)
  • Report card of the previous school & class
  • Transfer certificate of the previous school

Step 4: Admission Assessment

For Classes Pre-Nursery, Nursery & Kindergarten

The child will be assessed during playful activities, followed by the approval of the coordinator & final approval of the school’s Principal.

For Classes I to VIII

A written assessment will be conducted along with an oral interaction. The assessment will cover language, aptitude, and core subjects, followed by the approval of the coordinator & final approval of the school’s Principal.

For Classes IX & XI

A written assessment and oral interaction will be conducted for specific subjects depending on the stream (Science, Commerce, Humanities), followed by the approval of the coordinator & final approval of the school’s Principal.

Step 5: Acceptance of Admission

  • Students are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on seat availability.
  • Students who qualify for the admission assessment are required to fill out the Admission Form and make the fee payment within 3 days of the result declaration. Original TC and the previous class report card are required during admission.
  • The admission may be canceled if the fee is not deposited within the given time period.
  • The school reserves the right to admissions. The Principal’s decision is final in all admission matters.

Step 6: Fee Payment

Parents are required to pay the fee online through UPI, NEFT, or IMPS. Admission fee along with first-quarter composite fee & transport fee (if applicable) must be paid at the time of admission.

Fee once paid will not be refunded.

Step 7: Parent Orientation Program

Parents are invited to attend the Parent Orientation Program to help them and their children integrate smoothly into the S. K Public School community.
