History

In the year 2000, Shri Jarnail Singh stepped forward by establishing S.K. Public School commemorated to his mother Smt.Shyam Kaur to fulfill the dire needs and wishes of the multitudes residing in this remote Tarai Region. He had the vision of providing quality education to the children with this co-educational English Medium institution having state of the art infrastructure facilities.

S.K Public School is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Since its inception on 9th April 2000 with mere 205 students the institution has grown manifolds over the years and the race is still on.
